CHATEAU DE LA MESSARDIERE

1 – Reservations are guaranteed subject to receipt of a deposit equivalent to 35 % of the total cost of the stay. The hotel undertakes to fully reimburse all deposits in case of written cancellation at least 3 days (Low Season), 8 days (Mid season) and 32 days (Peak season) prior to the scheduled arrival date.

2 - No-shows are fully billed and are non-reimbursable. In case of no-show, the booking is automatically cancelled.

3 - We shall request a credit card upon your arrival in order to retain the full amount of your stay plus 20% for possible extras. You may, if you prefer, make a full pre-payment in cash for a maximum of 3 000 Euros.

4 – In case of premature departure, the full cost of the stay shall be charged.  

5 - Hotel rooms are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be freed by noon on the day of departure.

6 - Small dogs are accepted at the hotel subject to prior reservation and a supplement of €30 per day. However, for reasons of comfort and hygiene, they are not allowed in the restaurant or pool area. Dogs must not be left in the room in the absence of their owners. They are to be kept on a lead at all times when outside the room. A large and pleasant dog walking area is available in the hotel grounds; please restrict all dog-walking to this area in order to preserve the beauty of the grounds.

7 - The hotel pool is exclusively reserved for hotel guests. Games (ball games, etc.) are not allowed. For safety reasons, the pool is shut from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and protected by an electronic alarm.

8 - We kindly request parents to ensure their children are accompanied in all communal areas of the hotel and do not disturb other guests, particularly in the pool area and restaurant. During peak season the minimum age required for children is 12 years, as tranquility is of utmost important to our clientele.  

9 - The hotel is equipped with free wireless internet access (ssid: guest_messardiere). Please refrain from illegal downloading of any kind.

10- For design reasons, extra beds, cots cannot be installed in Classic and Superior rooms.  

11 – "Les Trois Saisons" restaurant has a limited seating capacity. Therefore, please book your table with our Concierge before noon or at the time of your reservation if you wish to dine on your day of arrival. Cell phones are not permitted. The restaurant is closed on Monday evenings except in June, July and August.


12- Visitor's tax in Saint-Tropez is equivalent to €2 per person / day.

13- To settle your account, hotel accepts as payments: cash, travellers checks and credit cards as follow: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club
