Originally from Ramatuelle, Alexia Fresia uses the natural resources of Provence to revisit the classics of the pastry world.

His menu is based on fruit and offers seasonal delicacies such as "the Château's honey soufflé, bergamot raspberry granité, honey and cottage cheese ice cream", "the Manjari chocolate soufflée tartlet, praline with pine nuts, caramel ice cream with mixed herbs" and the delicious, essential "panna cotta with vanilla, olive oil ice cream with lemon".
