Right in the heart of Saint-Tropez between the port and Place des Lices, an all-new Italian restaurant is set to open at the beginning of summer featuring a Marco Garfagnini signature menu.
In Rue des Feniers, formerly the site of DolceVa, now located in the not-so-far-away charming Pan Deï Palais, Zetta is a concept that’s never before been seen on the Mediterranean peninsula: pizzettas (small-sized pizzas) that are adapted and shared to each person’s preferences and tastes, served with fresh salads and gourmet ice creams. With choices, variety and sharing all in an atmosphere straight from a 1960’s Italian film, la Dolce Vita can really be felt in each little detail from the pure white walls to the vintage tables that remind us all of that belle époque.
The highly creative Chef Marco Garfagnini finds all sorts of takes on the pizzetta in the kitchen. Originally from the Apuan Alps, the Italian chef has designed an original and gourmet menu featuring the best products on the peninsula. Ail noir de Voghiera, Origan de Pantelleri, smoked burrata, San Giovanni boiled ham, anchovies with Savini Tartufi truffles, gluten-free pizza dough... each ingredient has been selected with care to offer colourful haute cuisine.
Do you feel like cooling down under the Tropezian sun? The menu also includes Mediterranean salads and Italian ice creams to eat at the restaurant or take away to enjoy on the edge of the water. In this warm atmosphere where it feels good to get together, Zetta invites guests each day for lunch and dinner.
